Our primary goal at Camp Canaan is to provide each parent with the adequate information regarding your child's safety, financial responsibilities and general policy regarding the operation of the Camp and Retreat center. Please review the following policies including our Camper Commitment, Parental Release Agreement and our policy for Refunds and Change of Date (which is a part of the registration process).

Campers commit to:

• Be respectful of my counselors and listen to what they ask me to do.
• Treat others like I would like to be treated.
• Not venture off the paths and into the woods at any time.
• Leave all electronic devices (including cell phones), weapons of any kind and valuables (i.e. cards, jewelery, watches) at home.
• Obey the bathroom and changing rules of privacy and respect without question.
• Not attempt to make a live fire without the supervision of a staff person while at camp.
• Do my part in helping to keep the grounds of Camp Canaan looking clean by not littering.
• Will not destroy camp property or the natural surroundings in any way.
