TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

Camp Canaan offers parents several payment options to help make financing camp easier. Parents may choose from the options listed below when registering their child for camp.

Please note that a $25 non-refundable deposit for day/track camps and a $50 deposit for resident/TLC camps is required to confirm your registration spot. The remaining balance for all sessions is due on or before June 1, 2017. Registrations after June 1, 2017 will require payment in full.

JANUARY 1-JUNE 1, 2017:

  • Option 1: Pay Balance in Full.
  • Option 2: Pay deposit now and then make equal payments by auto-draft (your credit card on file) on the first business day of each month until June 1, 2017 (Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 3, May 1, and Jun 1).
  • Option 3: Pay deposit now and then pay remaining balance by ONE auto-draft on June 1, 2017 (with your credit card on file).
    • Scholarship Recipients: You must select Payment Option 3 during checkout in accordance with the acceptance process outlined in your email. It is your responsibility to check the amount to be drafted prior to your June 1 auto-draft and contact us if you have any questions.

 JUNE 1-AUG 7, 2017:

  • Option 1: Payment in full is required for all camp registrations after June 1, 2017.

DISCOUNTS FOR SUMMER CAMP 2017

This season’s discounts are listed below. The majority of our discounts will be automatically applied to your cart during registration (Cramazing Winter Discount and Early Bird) with the exception of the Sibling Discount, which the parent/guardian will select. Please note that discounts are date sensitive and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Cramazing Canaan Winter Discount:
Valid: December 16 – 31, 2016
Details: Save 15% off select camps. In order to receive this discount, you must pay in full for each registered session. There are a limited number of discounts per session. Therefore, this discount cannot be transferred to another session if you request a change-of-date after registration.

Early Bird Discount
Valid: January 1-February 28, 2017
Details: This discount is roughly 10% off all sessions–except our Counselor in Training (CIT) programs–and is automatically applied during your registration. This discount can be transferred to like sessions (ex. Junior Day Camp to Junior Day Camp) if it’s within our Change of Date Policy.

Sibling Discount
Valid: March 1-August 7, 2017
Details: This is a $10 discount per sibling, per registered session. You will manually add this discount during registration by selecting the session option “Sibling Discount” under each qualifying session. This discount only applies to sessions (the session name and date do not need to match, just the net total) that both campers are registered for. For example, Mollie and Maggie are sisters. Mom registers them for the following weeks but Maggie only receives the Sibling Discount on three weeks.
