Counselor in Training Program (CIT)
Teen Training Program, Age 16
The Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is a consecutive three-week, on campus residency for 16 year olds who are ready to grow in their relationship with Christ as well as practice servant leadership. CITs stay in the cabins, eat with campers and staff, and participate in camp life and adventure activities in a supervisory role.
Please Note: The Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is a camper program, not a hired position. While CITs take on leadership roles and assist with camp activities, this program is designed as a developmental experience for teens, helping them grow in their faith and leadership skills. It is not a paid job, but an opportunity to learn and serve in a camp setting.
