Assistant Counselor

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Calling all future Camp Canaan leaders! The Assistant Counselor (AC) Program is a top-notch, deeply fulfilling, on-campus residency for 17 year olds who are on fire for the Lord and excited to practice servant leadership. ACs stay in the cabins, eat with campers and staff, and participate in camp life and adventure activities in a supervisory role.

Must be at least 17 years of age
Strong Christian faith; kid-focused, family-friendly
Must be responsible, reliable, flexible, and a good leader
Ability to work long hours and irregular shifts in a multi-task environment
