Easily and securely register for camp online! Need help? Give us a call or send us an email.

• Access Campbrain
• Create an account by completing the “New User Sign-Up” section
• Under “Start Registration,” click “Begin”
• Read the brief instructions and then click “Continue”
• Add a child you’ll be registering by clicking “Add Another Camper”
• Click “Continue” to view available camps
• To add other children, click “Back” and then “Add Another Camper”
• Select camps for each child by clicking “Add to Cart”

Campbrain will systematically walk you through the registration process, including:

• Adding an initial Canteen deposit
• Completing requisite forms (Household Form, Camper Medical Form, Camper Information Form, Terms of Agreement, Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement)
• Submitting payment

Log in to Campbrain. Please use your username (email) and password from last season to prevent duplicate accounts. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Password Reset.”

Your household information will be saved from last year, but you will need to review/ update/complete forms as necessary.

A submitted medical form must be re-opened by a Camp Canaan team member before you can make changes online.

• Call our office to re-open the medical form: (803) 327-6932
• Log in to Campbrain
• Click “View Details”  for this summer’s registration
• Under “Forms,” look to the right of “Camper Medical Form” and click “To Be Completed”
• Edit and resubmit the form

Campers are only released to people on their Authorized Pick Up list (ID required). Follow these steps to edit or update your camper’s Authorized Pick Up list.

• Log in to Campbrain
• Click “View Details”  for this summer’s registration
• Under “Forms,” look for your “Household Form” and click “Update”
• Scroll to the “Authorized Pick-Up List” section inside the form
• Click “+Add a Person”
• To delete someone, click the trash can beside their name
• Scroll to the bottom of the form and click “Complete”
